Some Tips For Gray Hair

  2. Lack of sleep
  3. Stress
  4. Hyperthyroidism
  5. Vitamin Deficiency
  6. Smoking
  7. Pollution (doesn’t solely cause it but pollution combining with other factors does contributes to premature graying of hair.)

These are some of the things that cause premature grey hair. Some of my friends have it. Their hair started graying even before they turned 20.

If it’s genetics you can’t really do anything, but if the cause of those grey hair was stress or other factors, then you can control it a bit. My advice to you is please pay attention to your diet, food which are rich in vitamins especially Vitamin B12. Try not to take stress, practise yoga or do exercise or any other activities that can reduce your stress. Get a checkup done in case if there is any underlying health issue that’s causing it. If you smoke,then you should quit AND most importantly try to get more sleep. We all need atleast 8 hours of sleep. Take care.
